Ladyboys (Kathoey transgender female)-Thailand is famous for it's performing ladyboys,-men dressed as women. Some ladyboys are very difficult to distinguish their sex, they wear a lot of makeup and many undergo plastic surgery to become a woman or take female hormones from a young age. In the right image the left ladyboy has clearly had a boob job which isn't unusual for a lady boy.
