Application
The application process began with applying prosade to the prosthetic, applying it to the lip, leaving to dry and reapplying so that it has a strong bond. I blended the prosthetic out with warm water which was not working well, the edges were looking too obvious. I tried to blend it out with witch hazel which broke off a lot of the blendable edge. In the future I feel I should blend out more clay to create a finer blendable edge. Excluding the edges, I was really happy with the size and shape of the lips, they looked more realistic than I imagined.
I used a neutral warm brown colour to paint the lips in grease paint, these helped to give a glossy look to the lips.
For future reference I will pratise creating a more blendable edge so that the prosthetics look more realistic
